Aviation Classics - Issue 1 - Lancaster
Aviation Classics first issue was edited and complied by Jarrod Cotter, who has edited a host of aviation titles and was co-author of the highly successful Haynes Avro Lancaster Manual in 2008, this 132 page glossy A4 perfect bound 'bookazine' will include the following:
- Aircrew memoirs including a diary account jotted down the day after a night ‘op when a Lancaster was hit by flak and a night fighter.
- Words from Guy Gibson, the famous founder and Les Munro, the last surviving pilot of the ‘Dams’ raid.
- An innovative mix of top quality articles and rare wartime colour photography, plus modern air-to-airs and shots taken on board during flight.
